Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Linck, a product of Pudge Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Linck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Linck.

1. The Service

Linck provides creators with a public profile page, link management, a media kit, brand inquiry inbox, and analytics. Features vary by plan (Free, Premium, Custom).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice of material changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Linck (16 in the EEA). By using Linck, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using Linck on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Your username must be at least 3 characters, contain only letters, numbers, and hyphens, and must not impersonate another person or brand.
Reserved usernames (e.g., "admin", "api") cannot be claimed.
You may not transfer your account to another person.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Linck to:

Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or promotes violence
Impersonate any person, brand, or organisation
Share links to malware, phishing sites, or other harmful content
Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from Linck by automated means
Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures
Use Linck for spam, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing without prior written consent
Violate any applicable law or regulation

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

5. Content

Your content. You retain ownership of all content you post on Linck (profile text, links, media kit data). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as necessary to operate the service.

Our content. All software, design, trademarks, and branding in Linck belong to Pudge Studio and may not be used without permission.

Removal. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

6. Plans and Payment

6.1 Free plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and includes up to 3 links and a mailto contact button.

6.2 Premium plan

Premium is a paid subscription offering up to 50 links, a built-in contact form, brand inquiry inbox, analytics, and a custom subdomain. Pricing is displayed on the upgrade page and billed annually or monthly.

6.3 Billing

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as Merchant of Record. By purchasing a Premium plan, you authorise Dodo Payments to charge your chosen payment method. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where Dodo Payments is required to collect them.

6.4 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Premium access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you have a valid complaint about a charge, contact us at support@pudgestudio.com within 14 days of the charge.

6.5 Downgrade

If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your account reverts to the Free plan. Links beyond the free limit remain saved but are hidden from your public profile until you re-upgrade.

7. Brand Inquiries

When a brand submits an inquiry through a creator's profile, the brand represents that the information provided is accurate and that they have authority to enter into the proposed collaboration. Linck is a platform only — we are not a party to any agreement between a creator and a brand, and we accept no liability for such arrangements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Linck is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pudge Studio's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pudge Studio and its personnel from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of Linck, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Where possible we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Linck after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
